Recently, our client AUPHA, the Association of University Programs in Health Administration, announced the full platform launch of the Compensation & Benefits portal. The portal developed by Dynamic Benchmarking is a new part of their previously developed platform, Benchmarking for Education in Healthcare Management (BEHM), that allows participants to compare their compensation and benefits data and download reports based on pre-set filters, such as position, gender, age, ethnicity, and academic setting, in either Adobe or PowerPoint formats.
AUPHA's platform is available to all of its members as part of their membership. Each member can contribute data from their own program for comparison to all other programs in the database.
