Lisa Vivinetto to Speak on How to Effectively Engage New Association Members
Ms. Vivinetto will participate in the panel session How to Lose New Members in 90 Days or Less where she and other panelists will explore the common missteps made by associations that cause new member dissatisfaction and disengagement and, more importantly, how to avoid them.
