Web-based, benchmarking software will offer a meaningful career assessment tool for members

WINDHAM, NH – May 8, 2013 – Dynamic Benchmarking, a provider of dynamic online business benchmarking and reporting software, today announced that it has launched a new compensation and benefits online data collection and analysis portal for the Association of University Programs in Health Administration (AUPHA). A global network of colleges, universities, faculty, individuals and organizations dedicated to the improvement of healthcare delivery through excellence in healthcare management and policy education, AUPHA members represent over 400 colleges and universities around the globe.

Using a powerful, yet simple and interactive tool, the new Compensation and Benefits Survey will collect and aggregate data from individual AUPHA members on salary and benefits, work load and professional development. Collected data will be available in June 2013, after data collection period ends. This will provide members with a valuable career assessment tool using customizable data filters and reports.

The Compensation and Benefit Survey is the second online benchmarking platform developed by Dynamic Benchmarking for AUPHA. An Operations Survey platform was launched in May 2012 to compare student recruitment, student organizations, enrollment and graduation statistics, faculty, tuition and budget data from each contributing university’s public health administration program.

“We were so pleased with the positive reception of our Operations platform and are thrilled to add a similar benefit for our individual members,” says AUPHA Director of Membership, Lacey Mackey. “Our new Compensation and Benefits platform will provide a depth and breadth of compensation comparison data far beyond what has been previously available to our members giving them new insight into how their career paths and progress measure up to their peers.”

“We are delighted to have the opportunity to deliver another valuable, assessment tool to the members of AUPHA,” adds Jane Higgins, Co-Founder and CFO of Dynamic Benchmarking. “The applications and benefits of online benchmarking are nearly limitless and we are delighted to see our clients leveraging our technology to its fullest.”

The Compensation and Benefit Survey is live and currently collecting data. Comparison reports will be available by AUPHA’s Annual Meeting in June.
