New Director Brings Team Leadership and Application Programming Skills to Online Benchmarking Platform Development
MAY 15, 2013 - Dynamic Benchmarking, creator of the industry’s leading online benchmarking software for associations, is pleased to announce the addition of Jeff Hare to the company, where he has taken on the role of Director of Engineering.
Prior to joining Dynamic Benchmarking, Jeff held Application Architect and Lead Developer roles on the Lotus Notes Migrator for SharePoint products team at Quest Software (Dell). In this position, Jeff was a key member of a four person development team, independently designing and delivering many features and functional areas of the current product.

One of Jeff’s key responsibilities will be overseeing the direction of the Dynamic Benchmarking platform and continuing to improve the online Compensation and Benefits survey capabilities for Dynamic Benchmarking’s clients, including ASAE, AUPHA and American Academy of Neurology. This area of Dynamic Benchmarking’s business continues to grow at a rapid pace, along with their development of platforms for financial, operational and performance benchmarking surveys.
