Jane and Lisa had a great time attending their first ever YourMembership Xperience Customer Conference. Held in early April, this annual user group meeting explores the member ecosystem with insights into how organizations can improve by enhancing the member engagement experience. We’re pleased to welcome the Association of College and University Housing Offers - International (ACUHO-I) as a new customer. ACUHO-I has contracted with Dynamic Benchmarking to create an Operations and Salary Survey for their members.
The American Institute of Public Accountants (AICPA) renewed their contract for their National MAP Survey. Pleased with last year's successful implementation and outstanding member feedback, the AICPA will continue to use Dynamic Benchmarking to administer this industry best practices study.
