Dynamic Benchmarking had a summer jam-packed with activities, platform launches and exciting product developments. August was no exception as we attended our biggest event of the year, achieved some major milestones on our client platforms, and began preparations for future releases of our platform.

ASAE Annual Meeting
The ASAE 2016 Annual Meeting, “Give a Little, Get a Lot More", was an amazing way to end our busy summer. The keynote speakers at this year’s event all had extraordinary stories to share about leadership, risk, empowerment and so much more, with each one more captivating than the last. Sessions that focused on trends in the association space definitely caught our eye, as ASAE provided several sessions on how to use data to not only spot trends, but to strategically plan for them.
The excitement at ASAE was palpable and spilled out into the Twittersphere. Be sure to read our ASAE post-show recap article and view our pictures from the event.

The American Staffing Association started data collection for its compensation survey.
REDW released results for its Tribal Government Compensation Survey.
The Maine Municipal Association released results for its annual compensation study.
COMPANY NEWS
Also in August, Dynamic Benchmarking held an offsite “dream product” planning session. Using input from prospects and clients collected by our sales and project management teams, our developers started to whiteboard some new product enhancements for future releases of our platform. We all left the meeting energized and excited about the future. Watch for exciting developments in the next several months.
