Our entire team worked tirelessly through the month to assist our clients in the various stages of their studies while also taking some time to give back to our community and plan for the year ahead.   ## COMPANY NEWS **Spreading Holiday Cheer at New Horizons** The Dynamic Benchmarking team made its annual visit to [New Horizons for New Hampshire](http://newhorizonsfornh.org/), a local food pantry, soup kitchen and homeless shelter. The Dynamic Benchmarking team came together for our annual team meeting in December to build our strategic plans for 2017. Opens Data Collection for Fiscal Year 2016** The [Tobacconists’ Association of America, Ltd.](http://www.dynamicbenchmarking.com/clients/tobacconists-association-america-ltd) (TAA) has opened data collection for fiscal year 2016 using its TAA Insights portal. Members will not only be able to enter and compare data for 2016, but also access valuable dynamic trending reports for fiscal years 2014 and 2015 to assess year-over-year trends.      **The Ohio Society of CPAs** The Ohio Society of CPAs (OSCPA) has released the results of its new Compensation and Benefits Study.
