Press Release

The Pulse of DB - January 2016

Feb 9, 2016 9:00:00 AM

ON THE ROAD

As 2015 came to a close, the DB team continued their annual tradition of volunteering at New Horizons for New Hampshire, a shelter, food pantry and kitchen that provides services well beyond that of a traditional shelter. This year, the team worked in the warehouse filling boxes of food to be delivered to families in need for their holiday meals.

Jane attended the New England Society of Association Executives Annual Management Conference held January 28th and 29th in Danvers, MA. She enjoyed connecting with local association executives and discussing the trends and issues facing today’s associations. Of particular interest were sessions discussing concerns over return on investment; strategies for recruiting new executive and volunteer leaders; and how methods of collaboration are changing.

Lisa and Jane will be attending the AMC Institute’s Annual Meeting in Anaheim, CA, February 10th -12th, where they’ll spend their time networking with members and attending educational sessions on vital association management issues.  They will also be meeting with many AMC’s to talk about the benefits of the Dynamic Benchmarking Reseller Program and how it can be used to build member engagement and strengthen partnerships.

CLIENT NEWS

The Ambulatory Surgery Centers of America (ASCA) has started development of its second benchmarking platform with Dynamic Benchmarking. Its Clinical Operations Survey is an existing quarterly data collection of key measurements for Surgery Centers that delivers required data reporting to medical regulatory bodies. This scoring platform will measure volumes, operational procedures, complications, staffing and financial data.

NEW CLIENTS

Dynamic Benchmarking is pleased to announce that the American Staffing Association has selected us to build two, new benchmarking platforms, a Salary Survey and an Operations Survey to better serve the needs of their members.

Dynamic Benchmarking will create a more streamlined and interactive format for the Maine Municipal Association’s annual compensation study. The new benchmarking platform will automate the previously manual process and give members more personalized information and the ability to interact with the data.
