ASAE and ICE Partner to Preserve the Rights of Associations and Credentialed Professionals

In response to recent legislation that challenges the authority of professional credentials issued by associations and other professional groups, the American Society for Association Executives (ASAE) and the Institute for Credentialing Excellence (ICE) have come together to create, the Professional Certification Coalition (PCC). PCC made its public debut at the recent ASAE Annual Meeting & Expo where it spent time educating attendees on the importance of preserving the rights of associations.

ICE is also supporting the cause with its Business of Certification Benchmarks study which is actively collecting and reporting on key performance indicators in support of the success of credentialing organizations. If your organization offers credentialing or certification, we encourage you to participate in this free study and let your voice be heard. Participation is free and includes access to valuable reporting on revenue sources, expenses, programs and more. You can find out more about the study and enter your data here.
