New, interactive platform will collect and compare financial and operational data from urgent care centers worldwide
WINDHAM, NH – January 20, 2014 - Dynamic Benchmarking, a provider of dynamic online business benchmarking and reporting solutions, is pleased to announce that it has been selected to build an online benchmarking platform for the Urgent Care Association of America (UCAOA). The interactive platform will collect and analyze financial and operational data from approximately 8,000 member and non-member clinics from around the world.
With over 6,000 members representing nearly 3,000 clinics in the US, Australia, Bahrain, Canada, Hungary, Ireland, Israel, Mexico and New Zealand, UCAOA is dedicated to advancing the role of urgent care medicine as a healthcare destination. The new benchmarking platform will be offered to roughly 8,000 urgent care clinics and will include approximately 250 questions that will delve into the financial and operational results and practices of survey participants. Results will be delivered in real-time through over 80 charts and reports that survey participants will be able to customize for their individual needs. Dynamic Benchmarking will also assist UCAOA with the importing of historical data captured through previous benchmarking studies to allow for the analysis of industry trends and historical performance.
