We are thrilled to see ASAE announce its latest benchmarking platform which we recently developed for them. The Association Inclusion Index allows associations to benchmark their own diversity and inclusion practices and immediately provide stakeholders with critical data to direct their time and funds in meaningful ways.
“It’s critical for organizations to understand how diversity and inclusion plays a practical role in staffing, recruiting, retaining, and engaging members and volunteers,” said ASAE President and CEO John H. Graham IV, CAE. “Whether you already have a diversity + inclusion commitment in place or are thinking about starting one, the Association Inclusion Index tool will provide CEOs of associations and nonprofit organizations with critical data points and communication tools to inform your employees, board of directors, and members about your results and next steps.”
Future releases of the tool will also allow associations to compare their results to their peers by industry, staff and budget size.
Compensation and benefit surveys have long been offered by professional associations as valuable benchmarking tools. Traditionally, these studies have been conducted by sending forms to members to complete, tabulating data once a sufficient amount had been received, and then distributing reports of the aggregated data to members several weeks to months after the start of the process. While the data gleaned through this traditional process was certainly valuable, it was anything but fresh and certainly not malleable to an individual’s unique demographics.
With so many relationships to maintain in your professional life, from friends and colleagues to the networking groups and professional associations that are the core of your business, it is vital to choose online engagement tools wisely AND commit to using them regularly.

WINDHAM – A local technology company is making a dynamic business move on the New Hampshire corporate scene.
Dynamic Benchmarking, a provider of online business benchmarking software, is a finalist for the New Hampshire High Technology Council’s “Product of the Year” award, being presented tomorrow night in Bedford.
Five companies are up for the award, which recognizes originality, performance, design, function and service.
